Are there any known viruses being sent through IM?

I received this www.geocities.com/hot_n_naughty_isabelle 3656 and several of my contacts said they got it from me. Any ideas?

Never click on a link in Yahoo! Messenger unless you are sure it is from the source specified. It's possible for senders to disguise their identity. It's also possible for someone else to have found out their ID and password if they enter it into a fake site. I've included some links below for a little extra information.

it is possible as long as there is a link(u know www.whatever.com) they click on but just talking back and forth that is not possible
