Do Macs get any viruses at all... What if I am Using Limewire?

Yes, Macs do get viruses, otherwise there wouldn't be anti-virus on a Mac. There are a lot fewer viruses on a Mac though. This is because the viruses have to be coded to attack a specific OS, Mac or PC. PCs have been the target because there are additional security concerns with Windows, where a virus could allow someone on the outside access to everything on your computer.

If you're using limewire, you will want some sort of anti-virus. If you run VPC at all, you need anti-virus.

This is a free open source anti-virus program for the Mac, and there is some more info there on why you want an anti-virus program for your Mac, although it says there are zero Mac viruses.
