No, it doesnt. Thing is, some people do not understand this. It does not require you to download anything (only the Java in the begining.)Plus, remember that thousands of people around the globe play it, and therefore Jagex would not want to scare them all off. Also, there are thousands of members who pay to play, and again, Jagex would not want to lose money from all those people by adding viruses. Some people may think that it stinks, but this is not the topic right now. It doesnt give you viruses, that is as long as you don't go to any cheat websites/ try to download third party programs for it, and those programs give your PC viruses, but RS doesn't.

no RS does not give viruses anyone that says it does dont know what they are talking about i have played that game for about 4 yrs now and i have not got anything from it...turn ur cookie blocker up...that may have been a prob
no it never gave me viruses but since that one dude did id try not to play it to much cuz ne thing online can give u viruses n that games boring ne wayz
