Kaspersky online scanner: onced scanned, how do i delete the viruses and the infected?

This is my first time using Kaspersky but i scanned my computer i think it was and it found 1 virus and several infected files, what exactly do i do from here.

How do i get rid of them because i imagined it would they would be removed automatically, but i did re-scan and they were still there..?

Pay no attention to the second answerer. If that person is so ignorant that he believes Kasperspy would *give* an infection; he shouldn't be giving advice in computer security.

The Kaspersky online scanner however does not repair/remove what it finds. Some free online scans which do remove malware that they find are:
