How do I delete viruses without having to download anything?

Because I try to download STEAM to play my Counter Strike Source, but my computer wont let me download anything including STEAM!!! Whenever I try to download something the download box comes up for like a second and it just vanishes no matter how many times I pressed DOWNLOAD...and this happens with every download!... PLEASE HELP!!! I would greatly appreciate it =)

Yes you can!

Go to a friends or another family member and download the anti virus program.

Then burn it to a cd (the hole thing DO NOT open it or install it on the cd) then take it home and then install it on your computer, make sure that you unplug the cat 5 (internet) from that back of your computer.

Then install the anto virus and let it scan.

If it finds stuff, let it do its thing.

Do this 2 to 3 times to make sure it didnt leave traces behind.

Once you are comfy with the results, plug your internet back in and then do the UPDATES to the anti-virus and scan again and again until it comes up clean.
