companies don't get viruses.

But if OS X is anything like Unix or Linux, a virus can't really do much without you letting it, because of permissions and stuff. Most OS X viruses just send themselves out to Windows users.

no for real there is suppose to be no virus written for the apples opperating system.
In this month's issue of PC World magazine, there is an article about a new virus that is infecting MACs now. It is not widespread yet, and there is an easy fix for it, but those who will tell you that MACs NEVER get viruses are just plain wrong.
