i need a good free program to clean them up, have any ideas?, if you do please help me!!!

if those infection are not viruses, they might be malwares of other kinds like keyloggers or adware and in this case anti virus won't help, cos anti virus deals with viruses only. so if anti virus doesn't help you, get a free anti spyware: http://www.2-spyware.com/compare2.php

With 103 viruses I think it would be advisable to reinstall windows, it would take alot of time trying to get rid of all those. I hope this helps you .
for ur computer latest norton antivirus is best which is availble to u ......
free is never good. pay is much better and cleans them up completely and blocks them. virobot is a famous one and it helps alot.
