i had nausea and diarrhea for 2 days with sore muscles,tiredness and weakness and the 3rd day was alittle better but felt some what out of it lightheadness now tonight my girlfriend is having the same problem what the hell is going on?Can it be passed on like a cold and can i get it again just by being with her like she was with me?what can be taken for it?Or have i been Hoo Doo.....

You've actually almost answered your own question - a virus causes stomach viral problems.
A virus and a bacteria are different things - antibiotics don't work on viruses.
A cold is a form of virus that affects your upper respiratory tract (throat, etc). So the stomach virus that you had has been passed onto your girlfriend the same way a cold can be.
You are unlikely to get it again as your body has already fought off your infection.
All you can do is make sure she stays hydrated and gets enough healthy food. There is some evidence that taking echinacea can reduce the length of illness.
